St. George Farmer’s Market

St. George Farmer’s Market

Traveling is a great way to learn more about a city and culture. Though St. George may not appear to be an exotic location, that is no reason to sidestep getting to know the area like a local – what better way to do that than by attending the local farmer’s market?!

Every Saturday, 8 AM – Noon from the first week of May to the first week of November, Ancestor Square hosts the St. George Farmer’s Market. The Market is conveniently located at St. George Blvd. and Main St. in historic downtown St. George. Dozens of local farmers and vendors attend bringing their fresh produce and handcrafted treasure to sell.

Why Attend?

The Farmer’s Market has something for everyone! If you are staying at Coral Springs Resort and want to take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen or private patio BBQ, come and buy your hamburger meat and cheese or fresh, summer produce to go along with your meal – all of it comes straight from the local farmers and bakers. If you have kids in town, they will love exploring the crafts that are sold and may even pick one out to take home as a souvenir. If you are just looking for a nice place to spend your Saturday morning, come and sit under the shade and listen to the live music – a favorite among locals.

The Farmer’s Market is ideal for families because it is so centrally located, surrounded by a few St. George favorites such as George’s Corner, The Painted Pony restaurant, Bella Donna Boutique, and a couple of art galleries. Ancestor Square is a wonderful place to spend the day and the St. George Farmer’s Market gives all the more reason to head on over.
