“Psychedelic” is the word most used to describe Pink Floyd concerts. It’s not just about the music, it’s about the entire experience: lights, sound, theatricalities – this is Pink Floyd. Their music swept the nation and ushered in a new era of rock, breaking records and awing audiences all over the world. Now, this all-encompassing experience can be had, right here in Southern Utah as the Pink Floyd Experience comes to Tuacahn this weekend, March 27th.
The concert features four complete album sides of four of their most beloved albums as well as many greatest hits. If you’ve been waiting to hear “Comfortably Numb,” “Money,” and “Wish You Were Here” live, now is your chance. In creating the Pink Floyd experience, the producers were intent on two objectives: make it intimate and ensure the “sensual attack” of Floyd, making the concert as true to the original experience as possible. They searched the perfect sound and the perfect lights and “nailed it,” bringing you the perfect experience. On stage, you’ll see six brilliant musicians creating a quadraphonic sound that you won’t soon forget. Against the red rocks of Tuacahn, the Pink Floyd Experience should not be missed.
The Pink Floyd Experience performs at Tuacahn Saturday, March 27th at 7:30 pm. Tickets range in price from $17.50 – $26.50 and can be purchased here.
