Family Reunion in St. George

Are you the lucky soul put in charge of planning your families family reunion this year? Don’t worry about it! I am in your same shoes this year and thought that I would pass along some things I learned along the way. I’ve also included two fun itineraries that I built for our family vacation in St. George, Utah.

5 Easy Steps To A Successful Family Reunion

1. Stop Stressing! Take a deep breath.

Everything will be OK. After you follow these few steps you will be on your way to a successful family reunion.

2. Send and email or have a conference call with your family and figure out your budget.

This is very important so you do not spin your wheels when it comes to the number of nights you will be staying and location. Make sure that your budget is reasonable enough to not end up in a tent on the side of the road. Some people in your family may be cheap, the best way to come up with a reasonable budget is to find a price per night that everyone is willing to pay.

3. Call the Coral Springs Resort at 1.435.879.5839.

Let them know your possible group size and how much you have budgeted for your family. Also, have either a set date or a few possible dates in mind. Most properties can be very flexible with their pricing if you are not inquiring about peak season and holiday dates.

4. Time to book those rooms.

Booking is so easy at the Coral Springs Resort. They just take $100 down for each suite you book. That $100 is totally refundable until thirty days prior to your reservation. Either have your group pay you back for the rooms or have them call in separate payments to their helpful staff.

5. Download the following itineraries:

We have got you covered. Click on these two different itineraries to download a complete example hour by hour schedule. Feel free to make this your own and call our staff if you need additional ideas of things to do in the area.
